Directions for printing out pictures from a disk

1.    Insert disk

2.    Double click on the “My Computer” icon

3.    Double click on the “3 ½ Floppy A:” drive icon

4.    Double click on a picture icon.

5.    The picture will open in a photo editor program

6.    In the tool bar, you should see a “crop” button or it is under Image -> Crop.  Use this button to draw a square around the part of the picture you want to print. (ex: draw a square just around the person’s head for a headshot).

7.    File:  -> Print ,  Choose “Fit Page” or resize as desired. **In the lab: Choose the appropriate printer.  Either LabColor or LibraryColor.  Click  OK.

8.    Close photo editor window.

9.                       Repeat steps 4-8.
