Rules:

    Each student in the fifth grade classes will start from the beginning of UltraKey.  You will complete a lesson and then move on to the skill check.  Your score must be equal to or better than the 5th grade requirements. ( 90%, 20 wpm)  When you are ready to take a skill check, ask a teacher to watch you. You have a choice about how many points you want your class to receive if you pass the skill check.

If you pass using the orange skin AND proper finger position/posture, you will score 5 points for your class.  If you pass without using the orange skin AND use proper finger position/posture, you will score 3 points for your class.  At any time, a teacher may deduct one point from your class total if he/she finds a student who is not typing using proper finger position/posture.  The class with the highest total points at the end of the challenge will win a treat and a free choice lab period.
